Wir bauen seit über 25 Jahren Küchen und suchen nun eine Unterstützung für unser Büro.

Unsere Auftraggeber buchen jährlich mehr als 1200 Küchen und diese Aufträge müssen verwaltet, überwacht und organisiert werden.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört:

  • Auftragsüberwachung bzw. Ein- und Ausgang der Aufträge
  • Termine u.a. für Montagen planen und an die Monteure weiterleiten
  • Bilder der fertigen Küchen verwalten
  • Mails beantworten, Kundentermine planen

Selbstverständlich erhalten Sie eine gute Einarbeitung in unsere Programme.

Wir suchen eine Teilzeitkraft mit 20-30 Std/ Woche bei flexibler Zeiteinteilung. Auch Homeoffice möglich.

Berufserfahrung im og Bereich ist wünschenswert. Bei Interesse melden Sie sich bitte telefonisch.
