  • Annahme, Erfassung und Organisation von Werkstattaufträgen
  • Erstellung von Rechnungen
  • Bearbeitung von Garantie- und Kulanzfällen
  • Abstimmung zwischen Kunden und Werkstatt
  • Pflege von Daten und Dokumentation

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Kfz-Bereich (z. B. Kfz-Mechatroniker)
  • oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Verständnis
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem Computer und gängigen Programmen
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten im direkten Kundenkontak
