Wir suchen Unterstützung für unsere Hauptzentrale in Braunschweig-Weststadt.

Unser Büro liegt im Office Center Neckarstraße. Von hier werden unsere Schulungen im medizinischen Bereich organisiert, zum Teil auch durchgeführt.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben u.g. gehören:

  • Organisation der Warenwirtschaft
  • Versandfertigmachung von Warenlieferungen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung der Seminarräume
  • Verarbeitung von Schulungsunterlagen
  • Archivierung von Schulungsunterlagen
  • Reinigung von Schulungsmaterialien
  • Betreuung des Kaffeeservice und der Küchenbereiche
  • Telefon- und E-Mail-Dienst

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • Strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • Hang zur Ordnungsliebe

Unser Büro ist von 09:00 - 16:00 Uhr besetzt. Sie arbeiten an zwei Tagen die Woche zu 5 Stunden.

Bei Interesse an einer zusätzlichen Tätigkeit als Lehrkraft Erste Hilfe können Sie dazu von uns ausgebildet werden und unter der Woche oder am Wochenende Schulungen geben. Diese werden über die Übungsleiterpauschale steuerfrei ausgezahlt.
