  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit Herz, hast immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und das Wort "Schüchternheit" existiert in Deinem Wortschatz gar nicht? Dann sucht unser Kunde genau Dich!

Es handelt sich um eine Direktvermittlung. Der Arbeitsvertrag wird direkt mit dem Hotel geschlossen und ist in Vollzeit zu besetzen.

Familienfreundliche Arbeitszeiten von 08:00 bis 17:00 Uhr (Montag bis Freitag) erwarten Dich.

Und wenn Du dann noch aus dem Hotelbereich kommst oder Veranstaltungen geplant hast, dann passt Du perfekt zu uns.

  • Das sind Deine Aufgaben:
  • Organisation und Kommunikation (typische Büroarbeit)
  • Gerne Erfahrung in der Hotelbranche oder Gastronomie
  • Verträge vorbereiten und abschließen
  • Gespräche führen
  • Termine vereinbaren und koordinieren
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen
  • Kontaktdaten für Stellenanzeige
