  • 1. Together with PSM CFOs, manage financial performance and business
  • 1.1 Assist preparation on financial & operation budgets for annual planning and monitoring
  • 1.2 Analyze financial performance of business units regularly
  • 1.3 Conduct variance analysis and identify improvement steps
  • 1.4 Provide strategic business analysis & control (e.g. costing and pricing) as required
  • 1.5 Review investments, major disposals and major projects (If any)
  • 2. Assist Financial Controller to lead strategic management reporting process for the business unit (“BU”)
  • 2.1 Analyze consolidated management reports for entire BU
  • 2.2 Assist root-cause analyses for variances across BU
  • 2.3 Provide analytical support to PSM CFOs and drive improvement initiatives & opportunities.
  • 3. Work with Head of Process Excellence to lead & manage system & procedure function in focusing on
  • 3.1 Provide improvement of system & procedure on project basis
  • 3.2 Provide input to IT and initiative owners on potential control risks and areas for improvement.
