As a seasoned Business Analyst with ADM expertise, you will leverage your strong understanding and working experience with the SDLC to drive business outcomes. You will excel in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, utilizing your exceptional communication and analytical skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, facilitating workshops to ensure clear understanding of business needs. You will utilize your impact analysis and gap analysis abilities to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement. • Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage stakeholders and users, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are set. You will liaise between lines of business and the development team, providing clear and concise communication. • Process and Use Case Mapping: Analyze business cases and create process and use case maps to guide technical and vendor teams. Your expertise will enable the development of effective solutions that meet business requirements. • Solution Guidance: Guide technical and vendor teams in the development of solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and stakeholder expectations. • Communication and Collaboration: Articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, collaborating with stakeholders and teams to drive business outcomes. This role can be performed from anywhere in the United States of America. • SDLC Understanding and Experience: Deep expertise in working with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is essential, with a strong understanding of its application in driving business outcomes. • Requirement Gathering and Analysis Expertise: Experience with requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, including facilitating workshops and utilizing impact analysis and gap analysis abilities to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement. • Stakeholder Management and Liaison: Experience in effectively managing stakeholders and users, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are set, and liaising between lines of business and the development team. • Process and Use Case Mapping Skills: Experience with analyzing business cases and creating process and use case maps to guide technical and vendor teams in developing effective solutions that meet business requirements. • Complex Communication: Deep expertise in articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and teams to drive business outcomes. • Strong Analytical Skills: Deep expertise in analyzing complex business cases, identifying areas for improvement, and developing effective solutions that meet business requirements. • Excellent Communication Abilities: Experience in articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and teams to drive business outcomes. • SDLC Methodologies: Experience with various SDLC methodologies, leveraging this knowledge to drive business outcomes and ensure effective solution development.
