• Summary:
• In the role of Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This includes evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological components. The role requires identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting detailed research to collect and integrate relevant information. The Business Analyst collaborates with various teams to ensure that the designed processes effectively support organizational goals and technology integration, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

• - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

• - Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any issues that may impact delivery timelines or quality.
• - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.

• - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Openlink Endur.
• - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and deliver effective solutions.
• - Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate business needs and technical details to diverse audiences.
• - Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering to optimize workflows and system integration.
