About the Role

We're looking for a Business Analyst to act as the link between our clients, business stakeholders, Product, and Engineering. You'll dig into how ABA providers actually work, find where the platform can better support them, and turn those needs into clear, buildable requirements.

This role suits an analyst with strong requirements-gathering skills and SaaS or healthcare experience. If you've worked with ABA or behavioral health workflows, or with Salesforce, you'll hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Discovery

Lead stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and requirements workshops with clients and internal teams.

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Produce clear deliverables, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and workflow diagrams.

Turn complex business needs into precise, actionable requirements for Engineering.

Process Analysis and Solution Design

Analyze current client and internal workflows to find opportunities for improvement and automation.

Recommend solutions that use the Artemis platform's capabilities.

Identify gaps, dependencies, and risks early, and bring them to the right stakeholders.

Rank requirements by business value, customer impact, and product goals.

Delivery and Quality

Partner with Product and Engineering across the full product development lifecycle.

Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement clarification.

Develop test scenarios and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm features meet the documented requirements.

Keep documentation of requirements, workflows, and product changes accurate and up to date.

Client and Cross-Functional Support

Work with Client Success and leadership to align product direction with customer needs.

Support product demos, client implementations, training, and feature rollouts.

Serve as the subject matter expert on assigned business processes and product functionality.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software.

Proven experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

Solid working knowledge of Agile/Scrum.

Experience working with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders.

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and diagramming tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

Preferred

Experience with salesforce is Preferred

Background in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, RCM, medical billing, or practice management systems.

Familiarity with healthcare workflows such as clinical documentation, scheduling, billing, authorizations, or compliance, including HIPAA.

Experience with API integrations, data mapping, and system integrations.

Experience supporting SaaS implementations or client-facing projects.

Exposure to AI or automation products.
