Job Description

Business Analyst - Senior

Responsibilities

Support the Product Manager in stakeholder alignment, planning, roadmaps, business requirements, KPIs and financial deliverables.
Take ownership of specific initiatives.
Document business vision and business needs.
Prepare cross-entity documentation summaries.
Define and share business requirements.
Manage risks, quality and issues.
Act as liaison between stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.

Language Requirements

Dutch: Plus
French: Mandatory
English: Excellent written and oral communication

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Travel

Depends on work planning; travel to Paris may be required

Job Description - Grade Specific

Required Experience

At least 5 years of relevant experience

Technical Experience (Mandatory)

Business Analyst experience in project-driven environments
Ability to work with IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Business teams
International payments ecosystem knowledge
Payments processing chains (excluding card-based payments)

Business Experience (Mandatory)

Banking experience
Payments management experience
SEPA payments knowledge

Preferred Experience

Finance and Treasury
Operational Resilience experience
DORA knowledge

Soft Skills
