YOUR CLIENT

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly translated into actionable requirements. You will be responsible for analyzing and documenting requirements, supporting development and testing activities, managing and refining the product backlog, and contributing to high-quality technical documentation.

YOUR TASKS

• •Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
• •Prepare technical documentation and functional specifications.
• •Support development and testing teams throughout delivery.
• •Conduct market research and comparative analysis.
• •Support data requests and reporting activities.
• •Participate in process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• •Work with user stories and backlog management tools.

YOUR PROFILE

• •3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology-driven or enterprise environments.
• •Experience working closely with development and QA teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• •Strong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation, including creating functional specifications and user stories.
• •Experience with backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
• •Practical knowledge of SQL for data analysis, extraction, and validation.
• •Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) and their role in system integrations.
• •Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• •Ability to design, document, and execute test scenarios/scripts to support quality assurance activities.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
• •Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
