Business Analyst Profile
A detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experienced in enterprise-wide data gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into actionable insights in leveraging Salesforce CRM & other S/W applications . Adept at working with cross-functional teams to improve processes, drive efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.
Proficient in information requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation, with hands-on experience in tools such as Excel, SQL and data visualization platforms. She/he will have the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Study existing S/W systems and processes and analyse
- Understand (functional and information) business requirements from various functional stakeholders
- Conduct gap analysis and propose functional process improvements related to admission, enrolments, fee tracking and child life cycle management and document
- Configure and optimize Salesforce CRM for lead management, enquiry tracking, follow-ups, and conversions (it should be all end-to-end processes of SF and not limited to leads)
- Analyze enquiry-to-admission conversion funnels and suggest improvements
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for enrolment trends, occupancy, and revenue tracking
- Work closely with center heads and sales teams to improve parent engagement processes
- Support automation of workflows such as lead assignment, follow-up reminders, and communication triggers
- Coordinate with technical teams for Salesforce customizations and integrations
- Conduct UAT and ensure system enhancements meet business needs
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across centers
- Prepare functional specifications, BRDs, and user stories
- Collaborate with Sales Force support and development team for solution implementation
- Perform data analysis and generate insights for business decisions
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure quality deliverables
- Monitor project progress and report key metrics

Ideal Background
- Post Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field
- 2–8 years of relevant experience (Minimum 7-8 years of experience)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM or any other popular ERP (Admin or functional exposure is a plus)
- Experience in domains like Finance, Telecom, Healthcare, or IT services
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
