Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Technology Consultant with expertise in Temenos T24, Salesforce, nCino, and Finastra Loan IQ to support digital banking, lending, and core banking transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical development, solution design, integration, and functional banking knowledge across Commercial Lending and Core Banking platforms.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions across T24, Salesforce, nCino, and Loan IQ ecosystems.

Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

Develop and customize applications using InfoBasic, TAFC, TAFJ, L3 Java, Apex, Apex Triggers, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.

Support Loan IQ and lending lifecycle processes including Deal Setup, Facilities, Drawdowns, Interest & Fees, Payments, and Loan Servicing.

Work on T24 modules including Customer, Accounts, Deposits, Lending, and Funds Transfer (FT).

Develop and support integrations using Temenos APIs, Integration Framework, REST/SOAP APIs, IRIS interfaces, and middleware platforms.

Participate in implementation, enhancements, testing (TUT, SIT, UAT), deployment, and production support activities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and system enhancements.

Prepare functional and technical documentation while ensuring adherence to Agile delivery methodologies.

Must-Have Skills

Temenos T24 Development (R16)

Salesforce and/or nCino Development

Commercial Lending / Syndicated Lending Domain Knowledge

Required Technical Skills

T24: InfoBasic, TAFC, TAFJ, L3 Java, Version Routines, Enquiries, LOCAL.TABLE, Browser Developments.

Salesforce/nCino: Apex, Apex Triggers, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Configuration & Customization.

Loan IQ: Functional expertise in Deal Setup, Facilities, Drawdowns, Payments, Interest & Fees, and Loan Servicing.

Integration experience using APIs, Temenos Integration Framework, IRIS, REST/SOAP services.

Experience with SQL, JIRA, Agile methodologies, and testing frameworks.

Strong understanding of Core Banking and Commercial Banking business processes.

Technical requirements

Preferred Skills

Temenos Application Framework (TAF).

Loan IQ implementation or upgrade projects.

Exposure to cloud platforms and enterprise integration architectures.

T24, Loan IQ, Salesforce, or nCino certifications.

Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and financial services best practices.
