Job Title: Business Analyst - Banking Transformation
Location: Northampton
About the Job you are considering:
This role is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Banking Transformation/Agile Delivery) who can operate independently, influence senior stakeholders, and drive complex change initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation.
Hybrid working :
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role
- Identify, analyse, and document business problems, opportunities, and requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to capture business needs.
- Develop detailed business requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Business SMEs to define and deliver solutions.
- Support the development of business cases and feasibility assessments.
- Create operational and process designs to support successful solution delivery.
- Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices.
- Produce project status updates and support delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Support change management and implementation activities to ensure successful adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the overall transformation agenda.
Your Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Banking or Financial Services.
- Experience working on large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong Agile delivery experience within product teams.
- Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and manage senior stakeholders independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Experience working across business and technology teams.
- Knowledge of risk, controls, governance, and regulatory environments.
