KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Gather and document business and functional requirements for projects.
  • Assist in sprint planning by prioritizing and clarifying project requirements.
  • Assist and coordinate with development, QA, and deployment teams to track project progress.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, tracking defects, and ensuring resolutions.
  • Assist in deployment planning and post-implementation monitoring to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and change logs.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication by providing regular project updates.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or related roles
  • Basic understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills to work across teams.
  • Good knowledge in documentation and collaboration tools (MS Office)
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a project delivery environment.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

Bachelors / master’s degree in business administration or equivalent

CERTIFICATION:

Certified in Business Analysis course from any reputed institute will be given preference.

Languages Known :

English, Malayalam, Tamil & Telugu. (Either Malayalam or Tamil is a must for this role)
