Salary range (but not limited to):

74,800 - 91,400

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

7.5%

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous:

• •Gérer et résoudre les billets référés par les utilisateurs en temps opportun
• •Rencontrez régulièrement les équipes régionales pour examiner les problèmes de système en cours
• •Surveiller les tendances pour identifier les opportunités de formation des utilisateurs et les modifications et améliorations du système
• •Agir en tant que liaison entre les utilisateurs, l'informatique et les autres départements, au besoin
• •Tester les modifications du système
• •Agir à titre d'expert en la matière pour les systèmes d'assurance des particuliers
• •Consulter sur la fonctionnalité du système
• •Support dans l'analyse des besoins d’affaires pour les changements des systèmes existants (Bug Fixes)
• •Effectuer toute autre tâche liée au soutien à la production assignée par votre gestionnaire.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

• •Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste d'affaires
• •Expérience avec les outils/processus d'indemnisation (Contact Claims et Contact 360)
• •Expérience en gestion de projets, un atout
• •Expérience en soutien à la production
• •Forte capacité démontrée à enquêter et à analyser des problèmes de nature technique
• •Capacité démontrée à faire face au changement de manière efficace.
• •Avoir de l'initiative et être autonome.
• •Compétences en gestion du temps et des priorités
• •Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en même temps
• •Bonnes capacités de communication (orale et écrite)
• •Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.
• •Bilinguisme (français et anglais) - Nécessité d'interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays.
