  • Erstellung von User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien sowie Durchführung von Impact-Analysen und End-to-End-Betrachtungen
  • Modellierung von Bestandsführungsprozessen rund um Versicherungsprodukte, Vertragslebenszyklen, Zahlungsverkehr, Provisionierung, Partnerverwaltung und Forderungsmanagement
  • Priorisierung fachlicher Anforderungen gemeinsam mit den agilen Rollen und Bewertung hinsichtlich ihres Business Values
  • Überführung regulatorischer Anforderungen im Versicherungsumfeld in fachliche Konzepte und Lösungsansätze
  • Mitarbeit in einem agilen Team bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Anwendungen im Umfeld der Restschuldversicherung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung beziehungsweise eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Anforderungsmanagement sowie Erfahrung in Analyse-Workshops, Stakeholder-Management und Prozessmodellierung
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien sowie in der Durchführung von Impact- und End-to-End-Analysen
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Versicherungsprodukten und Bestandsführungsprozessen, idealerweise im Bereich Restschuldversicherung und Bancassurance
  • Technisches Verständnis von Java- und Enterprise-Architekturen, REST- und SOAP-Schnittstellen, Webservices sowie Oracle- und PostgreSQL-Datenbanken
  • Grundkenntnisse zu Datenmigrationen sowie modernen Cloud- und Anwendungsarchitekturen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit dem Bestandsführungssystem ReSy
