  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data and reporting tools to develop reports, troubleshoot existing reports, and help teams access the information they need to make informed decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Document existing workflows, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and create process maps and flowcharts to support better ways of working.
  • Project Coordination: Support project activities by documenting meeting discussions, developing user stories, assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and tracking project needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Engineering, Finance, IT, and Operations to understand business needs and contribute to project goals.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest in learning or applying data tools such as SQL, Python, or Power BI.
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with others, manage assigned tasks, and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.
