As the Business Analyst & Test Lead, you will own the requirements and quality of a full functional domain of the amPHI platform, acting as a hands-on hybrid between Product Owner and Test Lead. You will translate business and clinical needs into clear requirements and lead — hands-on — the testing effort that ensures those requirements are correctly and safely implemented. You will:

Requirements & Product Ownership

  • Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Own and prioritize the backlog for your domain in collaboration with Product Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for domain-related questions from development and test teams
  • Support sprint planning, refinement, and release scope decisions

Test Strategy & Execution

  • Define and maintain the test strategy and test plans for your domain
  • Design and execute manual and (where applicable) automated test cases
  • Lead defect triage and ensure timely resolution before release
  • Ensure test coverage addresses functional, regulatory, and patient-safety requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement of test processes and tooling

Domain & Team Leadership

  • Act as on-site proxy team lead for development and testing activities on your domain
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities of testers and developers working on the domain
  • Ensure alignment between requirements, implementation, and test coverage
  • Report on domain quality, risk, and readiness to Product Management and the Technical Lead

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure requirements and testing comply with healthcare regulations (including MDR) and data protection standards
  • Maintain traceability between requirements, implementation, and test evidence
  • Participate in release readiness and quality governance reviews

Technology environment

  • amPHI platform (Microsoft .NET / C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor)
  • Test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or equivalent)
  • SQL Server (for data validation and test support)
  • Agile product development tooling and practices
