  • Duration : 6 months
  • Salary : 40PLN/Hour
  • Working pattern: Minimum 20 hours per week
  • Location : Krakow/ Cracow

At Rolls-Royce we are committed to always being a force for progress; powering, protecting and connecting people everywhere.

Our Internship programmes are designed to help you build your career from day one. You'll work on meaningful projects, learn from experienced colleagues and develop the skills to make a real impact. That's Infinite Potential.

Role overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity to get a real insight into our business and contribute to delivery of standardised, global service management solutions powered by ServiceNow technology. On a 6-month internship with us, you'll get the chance to experience it first-hand.

What you’ll be doing:

Thanks to a combination of digital learning and on-the-job training, you’ll build a wealth of new skills with the help of industry experts.

This is your chance to gain a fantastic insight into a leading, global business but it’s up to you to make the most of it. Opportunities following on from this programme could be a role directly within the business as an experienced hire (subject to performance and roles’ availability).

Who we’re looking for:

  • A university student studying any business subject
  • You’ll need to be open-minded, curious, collaborative and agile – someone who enjoys problem solving, reporting and who recognises the power of teamwork
  • You'll also need to be proficient in English (B2) and have practical experience of using MS Office products, e.g. MS PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of AI chatbots, self-service portals and user experience will be a plus

Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.

What we offer:

  • Hands-on experience enabling you to develop key professional skills
  • Opportunity to work with world class technologies and see how they are adapted in large scale corporate organisation
  • Meaningful work from day one, with the support to help you succeed
  • A culture that invests in your personal and professional development
  • The chance to grow your skills while working on real projects in a global company

Join us and help create the technologies that will shape tomorrow. If you're ready to learn, grow and make a lasting difference from day one, we'd love to hear from you.

Rolls-Royce are committed to being a respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace where individuality is valued, diverse perspectives fuel innovation, and everyone can thrive.

Closing date: Friday 4th December 2026
