• As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. The role includes gathering and documenting high-level requirements and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. Throughout the day, the Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports ongoing transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance during the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders and teams.

• - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• - Responsible for team decisions.

• - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• - Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

• - Must have AI related work experience
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

• - Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
• - Ability to develop and present business cases that support strategic decision-making.
• - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

• - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
