• As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly assessing the current organizational state. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designs effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.
