Business Architecture Specialist / Associate Manager (.Net Developer)

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable application solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
• •Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and delivery roadmaps.
• •Drive technical discussions and provide thought leadership on application architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
• •Manage stakeholder expectations, proactively identify risks, and provide recommendations to support informed decision-making.
• •Oversee end-to-end application delivery, ensuring quality, performance, security, and compliance requirements are met.
• •Lead, mentor, and guide development teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• •Facilitate collaboration across teams, resolving technical and delivery challenges while ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• •Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, agile methodologies, and automation to improve development efficiency and delivery outcomes.
• •Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to enhance business value through innovation.

Job Qualifications

• •Minimum 6–10 years of experience in application development, with demonstrated experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• •Strong proficiency in .NET technologies , including C# , with hands-on development experience.
• •Experience working with ReactJS .
• •Strong understanding of software architecture principles, application development lifecycle (SDLC), and system integration patterns.
• •Proven experience managing and influencing stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• •Experience leading technical design discussions, solution reviews, and development governance activities.
• •Experience mentoring developers and driving capability development within teams.
• •Experience working in Agile delivery environments and leading cross-functional teams.
