• What you do
• •Acquire New-to-Bank clients to SME segment
• •Act as the single point of contact, managing the end-to-end KYC process
• •Conduct customer due diligence, AML assessment, FATCA and CRS in accordance with regulatory requirements
• •Achieve individual business targets and contribute to the performance of the team
• •Proactive connect with key contact persons from channels for business expansion
• •Timely communication with clients regarding inquiries on know your customer requirements
• •Client experience management via handling of customer inquiries with timely response
• •Able to handle complex NTB application, e.g. complex structure, NBFI, SCC, PEP, etc.

Who you are

• •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines
• •Minimum 2-5 years SME banking experience in customer relation management is preferred
• •Good interpersonal and communication skills
• •Proactive, sales and result oriented
• •Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Banking Manager
