What you’ll do:
Change Strategy and Planning. Develop and implement detailed change management plans including strategies for communication, training and stakeholder engagement which are aligned to the overall programme plan.
Change advocate. Champion business change best practice and advocate for the value change can add.

Training Development and Delivery . Oversee training development and delivery and, where required, write training content with support from subject matter experts (SMEs) to help colleagues adopt new ways of working.
Hypercare Plans. Lead the development of hypercare and post-implementation support to drive change adoption.
Change Measurement . Track the effectiveness of change through metrics and colleague feedback.
What you’ll bring:
- Expertise. Have strong knowledge and experience of using change management methods.

- Adaptability. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity and change.
