Business Consultant

Capco is looking for a Business Consultant to strengthen our project team.

We are looking for a talented and versatile consultant with a first relevant professional experience, who is eager to further develop within a dynamic consulting environment.

You combine strong analytical and strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset, quickly get up to speed on new topics and are comfortable taking ownership of your work.

What will you do?

Support the project team on strategic and organisational topics.

Analyse and structure complex information and translate it into clear insights.

Prepare high-quality analyses and presentations for various stakeholders.

Support organisational change and improvement initiatives.

Prepare and support workshops and stakeholder meetings.

Who are we looking for?

You are a proactive and versatile consultant who can switch easily between analyses, strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Ideally, you bring:

2-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within consulting, financial services, strategy, transformation or organisational change.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Fluency in Dutch and an excellent professional knowledge of English.

Experience with Target Operating Models is a plus.

Experience within Capital Markets is a plus.
