Job Overview:
This role leads the group-wide Business Continuity and Crisis Management function by developing and improving frameworks, coordinating BIAs and recovery planning, guiding crisis response, and driving continuous operational resilience across all critical services.
Role Insights:
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Group Business Continuity and Crisis Management frameworks, methodologies, processes, standards, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate and perform Business Impact Analyses (BIA), service criticality assessments, and end-to-end dependency analyses.
- Define and maintain recovery requirements and priorities, including RTO, RPO, MTD, and MBCO, and coordinate the development and maintenance of continuity and recovery plans.
- Maintain a group-wide view of critical services, dependencies, continuity risks, and recovery requirements.
- Define and maintain common crisis classification, escalation thresholds, activation criteria, roles, and decision-making principles.
- Provide expert support and coordination during major incidents, disruptions, and Group-level crisis situations, while supporting local teams in managing locally owned crises.
- Plan and coordinate BCM and Crisis Management exercises, simulations, tabletop exercises, and recovery tests.
- Coordinate Post-Incident Reviews and Lessons Learned activities, translating findings into corrective actions and improvements to continuity, recovery, and crisis readiness.
- Monitor findings and improvement actions and contribute to KPIs, maturity assessments, dashboards, and management reporting.
- Provide expert guidance, training, and awareness to relevant stakeholders and drive continuous improvement of Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Operational Resilience.
What Makes You Unique:
- Bachelor’s degree in information security, IT, Organizational Science, Risk Management, or related fields.
- Relevant professional experience in Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, Incident Management, Operational Resilience, IT Service Continuity, or related areas.
- Practical experience with Business Impact Analysis (BIA), criticality assessments, dependency analysis, recovery requirements, and continuity planning.
- Good understanding of Crisis Management, including incident/crisis classification, escalation, crisis response coordination, exercises, and lessons learned.
- Familiarity with relevant standards and regulatory frameworks, particularly ISO 22301, ISO 27001, NIS2, and DORA.
- Experience working with RTO, RPO, MTD, MBCO, continuity and recovery plans, exercises, and testing is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, coordination, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Proactive and structured mindset, with the ability to take ownership and drive activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
