  • Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierliche Pflege des Business Continuity Managements (BCM) mit Schwerpunkt IT
  • Durchführung von Business Impact Analysen und Risikoanalysen sowie Identifikation kritischer Geschäftsprozesse, IT-Systeme und Abhängigkeiten
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Business-Continuity-, IT-Notfall- und Wiederanlaufkonzepten sowie Ableitung geeigneter Vorsorge und Schutzmaßnahmen
  • Koordinierung und Umsetzung der Pläne im Ereignisfall
  • Mitarbeit bei der Härtung der IT-Systeme zusammen mit dem IT-Team
  • Aktive Administration der IT-Systeme sowie konzeptionelle und strategische Weiterentwicklung
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Univ. Diplom / Master) im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Administration
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IT-Sicherheit, Netzwerke, Serverarchitektur und Sicherheitsarchitektur
  • Gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und deren Abbildung in EDV-Systemen wie z.B. ERP-Systeme, Datenbankserver, Buchhaltungssoftware
  • Vorzugsweise fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Business Continuity Management, IT-Notfallmanagement oder Informationssicherheitsmanagement
  • Eine einschlägige Zusatzqualifikation im Business Continuity Management oder die Bereitschaft diese zu erwerben
  • Die Fähigkeit, komplexe organisatorische und technische Zusammenhänge zu analysieren, zu bewerten und in praktikable Maßnahmen zu überführen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungsfähigkeit
  • Eine proaktive, pragmatische und anpackende Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
