Aufgabengebiet

  • Weiterentwicklung und Aufbau eines modernen Reporting- und Controlling-Frameworksfür die Unternehmensgruppe
  • -Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen, Soll/Ist-Vergleichen und Performance-Auswertungen
  • -Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finance Managerbei Planung, Forecasts und Budgetprozessen
  • -Unterstützung bei der Analyse der Beteiligungenund Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • -Sparring mit den operativen Gesellschaften und kritisches Hinterfragen von Kennzahlenentwicklungen
  • -Weiterentwicklung von Dashboards und BI-Lösungen (z. B. Power BI)
  • -Mitwirkung bei Konsolidierungs- und Reportingprozessen(z. B. LucaNet)
  • -Übersetzung von Zahlen in klare Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management

Anforderungsprofil

  • Studium in BWL, Finance, Controlling, oder andere vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • -Erfahrung im Controlling, Corporate Finance, Business Analysis oder ähnlichen Bereichen
  • -Starkes analytisches Denken und Interesse an Geschäftsmodellen
  • -Erfahrung mit Power BI, BI-Tools oder Datenanalyse von Vorteil
  • -Kenntnisse in LucaNet oder Konsolidierung sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
  • -Proaktive Persönlichkeit, die Entwicklungen erkennt und hinterfragt
  • -Fähigkeit, komplexe Zahlen verständlich zu kommunizieren
