#### Ihre Aufgaben

Als Business Controller:in (m/w/d) sind Sie ein zentraler Bestandteil unseres Finanzteams und berichten an den Head of Finance & Controlling. Sie treiben mit fundierten Analysen die finanzielle Steuerung voran und schaffen Transparenz sowie belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management.

  • Verantwortung für Budgetplanung und Forecasts
  • Beratung des Managements bei der Definition und Steuerung von Unternehmenszielen
  • Eigenständige Erstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklungen rollierender Liquiditätsplanungen
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Reportings, Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Analysen
  • Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS sowie Unterstützung externer Audits
  • Einführung und Anpassung des im Konzern vorhandenen Power BI Tools an die Anforderungen der Gesellschaft
  • Standortübergreifender Ansprechpartner für betriebswirtschaftliche Fragestellungen in Programm- und Fachbereichen
  • Schnittstelle zum Projektcontrolling und der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Unterstützung bei der Abrechnung und Auditierung von Förder- bzw. institutionellen Projekten
  • Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Methoden und Tools in Controlling, Reporting, und Auftragskalkulation

#### Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion, idealerweise im Projekt- oder Multiprojektumfeld
  • Gutes Verständnis wesentlicher Unternehmens- und Auftrags-KPIs
  • Kenntnisse in HGB und IFRS
  • Erfahrung mit SAP sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse Planisware und/oder Power BI
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, aber Zahlen sind für Sie mehr als nur Daten
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
