Im Auftrag unseres Mandanten suchen wir im Rahmen einer Direktvermittlung einen Business Controller (m/w/d) Real Estate für den Raum Frankfurt am Main. Es erwartet Sie ein unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag, ein attraktives Vergütungsmodell und ein verantwortungsvolles Aufgabengebiet mit gutem Betriebsklima. Zudem Home-Office Möglichkeiten und attraktive Bonusregelungen.

  • Aufgabe:
  • Projektierung von Grundstücken mit weitgehend standardisierten Produkten, in Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten und externen Fachingenieuren
  • Sie verantworten das gesamte Planungsrechtsverfahren, von der Ausführungsplanung bis Projektrealisierung und -übergabe
  • Sie steuern die Projekte in termingerechter und wirtschaftlicher Hinsicht
  • Sie sammeln alle kostenrelevante Positionen für den Planungsprozess
  • Sie melden direkt an die Abteilungsleitung und erstellen Management Reports
  • Sie erstellen Beurkundungs- und Vertriebsunterlagen
  • Qualifikation:
  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur
  • Sie verfügen über eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Wohnimmobilien
  • Sie denken unternehmerisch, kosten- und qualitätsbewusst
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und sind gut organisiert
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit dem PC und den MS-Office-Produkten
