Business Data Analyst H/F

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Business Data Analyst (f/m) to join our Operations Excellence Improvement Projects department (OEPI) based in Toulouse , France.

You will be part of a team developing a single harmonized repository creating business value across part numbers and Bill of Materials. As part of the team, you will be involved in building core datasets and delivering targeted analytics aiming at maximizing operational performance and supply chain derisking.

Your challenges:

• •Build and enrich core datasets in line with the product roadmap.
• •Capture business requirements and translate operational bottlenecks into robust data analytics solutions.
• •Conduct end-to-end data scans, assessing data quality, schema structures, and ingestion requirements.
• •Deliver concrete analytics to reduce costs, de-risk supply chain operations, and improve operational readiness.
• •Establish continuous feedback loops to integrate lessons learned and scale data assets across programs.

Your boarding pass:

• •Proven hands-on experience in business data analytics, project management (e.g., LBIP+), or cross-functional digital deployments.
• •Demonstrated ability to structure, assess quality, and integrate complex data within big data architectures (Skywise experience is a plus).
• •Practical understanding of engineering PLM ecosystems (BOM structures) and/or manufacturing environments (SAP).
• •Proven track record in solving business problems and coordinating project contributors or subcontractors.
• •Professional working proficiency in English within an agile, transnational organization.
