Job Overview

We at DigiMantra are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associates to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen interest in client interaction, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of business development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn sales Navigator, cold calling, email outreach etc.)

Understand client requirements and present suitable IT service solutions

Generate leads and support the sales pipeline

Assist in proposal writing and client communication

Work on bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover

Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in client interaction and front-facing roles

Basic understanding of Business Development concepts

Knowledge of bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)

Basic understanding of IT services (Web & Mobile App Development)

Strong learning attitude and adaptability

Leadership qualities and team collaboration skills
