Business Development & Growth Associate

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Business Development & Growth Associate who enjoys solving problems and getting things done.

You will work closely with our Director - Business Development & Sales and the CEO on sales, business development, marketing, and strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• •Research and identify potential customers and business opportunities
• •Build lead lists and research target companies and decision-makers
• •Support outreach and sales campaigns
• •Research markets, competitors, industries, and new opportunities
• •Help formulate sales, business, and marketing strategies
• •Create presentations, sales decks, proposals, and marketing materials
• •Take ideas from the leadership team and independently turn them into actionable plans
• •Experiment with new approaches to generate leads and grow the business

What We’re Looking For

• •Ability to work independently and take ownership
• •Good written and verbal communication
• •Comfortable creating presentations and working with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets
• •Interest in sales, marketing, business strategy, technology, or AI
• •Someone who is execution-focused — not afraid to figure things out and get things done
