The role works closely with internal cross‑functional stakeholders (Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, VAS, and Marketing) and external partners to translate strategic objectives into executable solutions, remove implementation blockers, and ensure seamless delivery of Visa capabilities at scale.

- Building and maintaining high-quality relationships at all levels within client organizations.
- Ensuring clear understanding of client priorities and operational capabilities, and aligning work plans accordingly.

- Balancing client and Visa interests through ongoing analysis of business performance, market trends, regulatory developments, and competition to inform decision-making.
- Driving a robust sales pipeline for core products and value-added services.
- Taking ownership of business risks and ensuring effective risk management through consistent application of Visa’s key controls
