Senior Strategic Business Development Manager EMEA (m/w/d)

Avnet Integrated is seeking a highly strategic, commercially driven Senior Strategic Business Development Manager to accelerate profitable growth across EMEA through the development of executive-level supplier partnerships and large-scale business opportunities.

This role is focused on identifying, developing, and expanding high-value, profitable revenue streams with key supplier partners and strategic customers. The successful candidate will operate with a global mindset, aligning EMEA business objectives with worldwide supplier strategies, Avnet Integrated's value proposition, and long-term growth priorities.

The Senior Strategic BDM will engage directly with C-level and senior executive stakeholders, influence strategic direction, and drive complex business initiatives that strengthen Avnet Integrated's market position and profitability.

Your Tasks

• •Drive profitable growth across EMEA by identifying, developing, and closing large strategic business opportunities aligned with Avnet Integrated's objectives.
• •Build and manage executive-level relationships with key supplier partners , developing joint business plans and influencing strategic investments and priorities.
• •Act with a global strategic perspective , aligning EMEA initiatives with worldwide supplier strategies and collaborating across sales, supplier management, operations, finance, and leadership teams.

Your Qualifications

• •10+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales, supplier management, or commercial leadership , ideally within electronics, semiconductor, supply chain, or technology industries.
• •Proven success in managing large, profitable business opportunities and building trusted relationships with C-level executives and global suppliers.
• •Strong strategic, commercial, and leadership skills , with the ability to influence stakeholders, negotiate complex agreements, and operate effectively in a multinational EMEA and global environment.

Distinguishing Characteristics:

Position may require the ability to travel 40% - 50% accorss EMEA and Globally
