You will also collaborate with the Nordic NRM Lead and BDM colleagues to align priorities, share best practices and support the regional agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Commercial Director to enable faster, data-driven decisions
  • Turn insights into recommendations and constructively challenge KAM, Marketing and Finance
  • Lead annual NRM planning and the aligned 3-year roadmap
  • Develop category pricing strategies with Marketing to drive profitable growth
  • Track promotion effectiveness with KAM and drive follow-up actions
  • Optimize portfolio, channel and product mix

  • Manage external data and analytics partners to support commercial decisions
  • Build adoption and capability across NRM tools, processes and playbooks
  • Lead strategic projects and support Nordic, European and global initiatives

Who You Are

We seek a commercially minded, analytical leader who challenges the status quo and turns opportunities into results. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across complex analysis, senior stakeholder dialogue and implementation.

You are self-driven, take ownership and make sound decisions independently. You move initiatives forward, engage the right stakeholders and manage competing priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.

You have a commercial degree, preferably at master’s level, and at least five years’ experience in commercial strategy, business development, NRM, pricing, category management or a similar analytical role.

You turn insights into recommendations, influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable value. You are proficient in Power BI and bring ideas for expanding our use of AI tools.

People leadership, NRM, FMCG and Danish grocery retail experience are advantageous.

Danish is our day-to-day office language, and fluency in spoken and written English is required for Nordic, European and occasional global collaboration.
