Description

Ghost Robotics is the industry leader in legged robotic systems that enable our customers to solve complex operational, national security, and technical challenges thus saving lives, reducing harm and improving outcomes.

This position will be reporting to the Director, US Business Development and will be working closely with a fast-moving team delivering next-generation legged robotic solutions for domestic Military and Public Safety customers. We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, knowledgeable, has a solid work ethic, can learn quickly and execute under demanding circumstances.

Key Duties

  • You manage and are responsible for all Public Safety customer Business Development in the US.
  • You manage B2B sales channel accounts that are responsible for the resale of OEM products to Public Safety customers to include aftersales support for customers.
  • You manage a B2G sales channel that is responsible for the direct sale of OEM products to Public Safety customers.
  • You manage a sales pipeline via a CRM system and are responsible for pipeline accuracy and all associated metrics.
  • You manage and coordinate product demonstrations (sell-in activities) and product training (sell-through activities) for Public Safety customers.
  • You collaborate with Marketing to coordinate and execute Public Safety trade marketing events.
  • You collaborate with the Program Management Office (PMO) to identify, analyze, and support the response to B2G sales channel RFIs and RFPs.
  • You collaborate with the Program Management Office (PMO) to identify, analyze, and integrate 3rd party payloads that will increase government market segment share and enhance capability for Public Safety customers.
  • You collaborate with the Director – US Business Development to manage and continuously improve sales operations processes and systems.
  • You collaborate with the Director – US Business Development to develop territory Strategic Business Planning (SBP) deliverables that support US sales territory growth.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • You have prior Military or Public Safety experience / service preferred.
  • You are familiar with US Government procurement processes and acquisition procedures.
  • You have strong time management skills, superior analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
  • You have demonstrated ability to manage and leverage key relationships with sales partners and customers.
  • You have five (5) plus years of Government, Military, Public Safety business development / sales experience.

Minimum Education

BS/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field; technical degree or equivalent sales experience accepted.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to pass a General Employment Background Check.
  • Must be able to travel domestically (i.e. tradeshows, key account visits, customer visits).
  • Ability to obtain additional security clearances based on customer and territory requirements.
  • Available to travel on short notice; willing to travel from a few days to more than a week at a time.
