## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Analysieren von Märkten und Trends sowie Identifizieren neuer Geschäftspotenziale
  • Gewinnen von Aufträgen bei Neu- und Bestandskunden
  • Begleiten der Kunden (Tier-1 und OEMs) in Projekten und Prozessen
  • Eigenverantwortliches Durchführen von Auftragsverhandlungen
  • Kontinuierliches Beobachten des Wettbewerbs und Ableiten notwendiger Maßnahmen
  • Unterstützen des Design-Prozesses durch Einbringen der Kundensicht
  • Teilnehmen an Messen und Events

## Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Ingenieur- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation, z.B. als Techniker mit Praxislaufbahn
  • Praxiserfahrungen im Automotive-Umfeld als Projektingenieur/Projektleiter oder aus dem Business Development, ergänzt durch gutes Metallverständnis
  • Hohe technische Affinität und ausgeprägtes kommerzielles Verständnis
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

  • Konzeptionelle und analytische Stärke
