We are looking for a "Business Development Manager" responsible for the Eastern and Southern Marmara regions at our company, which has been operating in Turkey for 25 years.

General Qualifications:

• •Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred,
• •At least 4 years of experience in the International Transport / Logistics industry,
• •Residing in Bursa,
• •Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,
• •Ability to build and nurture client relationships and manage multiple accounts simultaneously,
• •Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets,
• •Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office,
• •Professional knowledge of English,
• •Good at analytical thinking, willing to research and learn, teamwork oriented,
• •Male candidates must have completed military service,
• •No restriction for domestic and international travel.
• •Suitable working hybrid model.

Job Description:

• •Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics sector. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share,
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their supply chain efficiency,
• •Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients. Negotiate terms and contracts to secure business while ensuring profitability,
• •Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Utilize this knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients,
• •Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of logistics solutions and exceptional client satisfaction,
• •Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback. Utilize data to refine strategies and improve sales outcomes.
