  • Aufgabenbeschreibung
  • Als Business Development Manager arbeiten Sie mit bei der Identifikation und Beurteilung strategischer Handlungsfelder auf Basis der Unternehmens-/ Konzernstrategie und Geschäftspotentiale mit neuen Technologien.

Zu Ihren wesentlichen Aufgaben gehören weiterhin:

  • Sie arbeiten mit bei der Entwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen für Teile des Neu- und Bestandsgeschäfts inkl. Bewertung und Entscheidungsfindung der Auswirkungen auf das Gesamtportfolio
  • Sie führen Markt- und Kundenanalysen zur Bewertung der Marktpotentiale sowie Trendanalysen im Aufgabenbereich durch und erstellen Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen inkl. Business Cases
  • Sie identifizieren Portfoliolücken, Potenziale und Umsetzungsmaßnahmen und führen Risiko- und Machbarkeitsanalysen im Aufgabenbereich durch
  • Sie leiten komplexe Projekte
  • Anforderungen
  • Sie verfügen über ein Studium (Business Development, Stakeholder Management, Market Analysis) oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Verbindung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Umfeld Business Development.

Des Weiteren zeichnen Sie sich durch detaillierte unternehmensspezifische Kenntnisse oder besondere Spezialkenntnisse sowie Fähigkeiten aus:

  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in der Bewertung von Geschäftschancen und digitalen Geschäftsmodellen
  • Fortgeschrittenes Wissen im Umfeld Marktforschung, -verständnis und im relevanten Produktportfolio
  • Fortgeschrittenes Wissen in der Business Case Justification (BCJ)
  • Sehr gutes Technologieverständnis

Diese Stelle ist auch in Teilzeit möglich.
