## Ihre Mission als „Business Development Manager Schutz Kritischer und Militärischer Infrastrukturen (m/w/d)“:

  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender sowie Erschließung neuer Geschäftsfelder und Absatzmärkte im Bereich Schutz kritischer Infrastruktur – mit Fokus auf Bundeswehr, auf Bundes-, und Landespolizeien, sowie auf KRITIS Betreiber
  • Analyse des Wandels des Wirtschaftsmarktes und Sicherung bzw.
  • Ausbau des Thales Marktanteils in Deutschland
  • Entwurf von Business-Strategien und Aufbau strategischer Allianzen
  • mit Industrie und Forschungseinrichtungen
  • Erstellung von Businessplänen, Bedarfsanalysen und Marktanalysen
  • Enge, länderübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit den Business Lines der Thales-Gruppe sowie mit den Bereichen Sales, Account Management und Marketing in Deutschland

## Darauf freuen wir uns:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder im internationalen Marketing
  • komplexer, technischer Produkte im Bereich B2B / B2G
  • Praktische Berufserfahrung im militärischen/polizeilichen Umfeld und / oder mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern oder KRITIS Betreibern
  • Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle, strategische und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie kommunikative Stärke und überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und
  • Schrift; Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
