XS is a licensed fast-growing Multi-Asset CFD Broker, looking to hire a dynamic Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team of experts!

XS has received numerous awards such as the “BEST MULTI-ASSET BROKER – APAC” from the Traders Fair Awards in 2025, the “BEST LEADERSHIP TEAM” from the Egypt Summit Smart Vision in Egypt 2025, and the “BEST AFFILIATE PROGRAM” from the Dubai Affiliate Summit Smart Vision in Dubai 2025.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.

Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other documents as required.

Handling customer relationships.

Promote the company’s financial products and services to the clients.

Keep up to date with the financial markets on a daily basis.

Follow the company’s policies and procedures.

Provide progress feedback to the management.

Qualifications required:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or any related field.

3 to 4 years of experience as Business Development Officer

Experienced in the fintech industry is a must.

Excellent English and Arabic Languages (verbal and written).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive and self-driven.
