Are you passionate about building relationships, driving business growth, and helping organizations maximize the value of technology solutions? We're seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support revenue growth, partner success, and customer engagement across a diverse technology portfolio.
In this role, you'll collaborate with sales teams, partners, and vendors to identify opportunities, develop pipeline, and deliver solutions that help customers achieve their business objectives. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and technology vendors.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Generate and manage sales pipeline through prospecting, outreach, and partner engagement activities.
- Collaborate with sales and vendor teams to align solutions with customer business needs.
- Support customer acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
- Deliver presentations, product overviews, and solution-focused discussions to customers and partners.
- Analyze business trends, customer needs, and market opportunities to support growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and account information within CRM systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Vendor Management to execute business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, technology sales, account management, channel sales, partner development, customer success, or a related field.
- Experience developing customer or partner relationships and supporting revenue-generating initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to analyze business data, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the technology, software, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, or IT solutions industry.
- Experience supporting channel partners, reseller organizations, distributors, or technology vendors.
- Knowledge of consultative selling, solution selling, partner enablement, or go-to-market strategies.
- Experience with lead generation, pipeline management, account development, or customer acquisition activities.
- Familiarity with vendor partner ecosystems and technology marketplaces.
- Industry certifications or professional sales training.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $49,500.00 - $79,200.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
