Drive growth, build relationships, and create new opportunities.
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to identify growth opportunities, generate pipeline, and strengthen customer and partner relationships. In this role, you will collaborate with sales teams, customers, and vendor partners to drive business outcomes, increase solution adoption, and support revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and grow customer relationships within an assigned portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities, drive pipeline development, and support account growth initiatives.
- Educate customers on solutions, services, and business value.
- Partner with sales teams to create and execute growth strategies.
- Deliver presentations, training, and enablement activities.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to support strategic initiatives and revenue goals.
- Monitor industry trends and share market insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and develop growth opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology, cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT solutions environments.
- Experience supporting channel partners, resellers, or vendor relationships.
- Background in solution selling, lead generation, and pipeline development.
- Experience delivering customer presentations or training sessions.
- Familiarity with data-driven sales strategies and customer engagement tools.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $49,500.00 - $79,200.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
