About Organica Interpreting Corp.
Organica Interpreting Corp. is a high-volume, technology-enabled Language Access and specialized Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider. We connect healthcare networks, insurance carriers, legal systems, and enterprise contact centers with audit-ready interpreting infrastructure (OPI/VRI), multilingual remote staffing, and customized operational solutions.
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Business Development Specialist to spearhead our outreach, expand our client portfolio, and accelerate our market footprint across North America and global enterprise accounts.
Position Overview
As a Business Development Specialist , you will drive top-of-funnel pipeline generation and manage full-cycle sales targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will engage procurement teams, clinical operations directors, legal partners, and contact center executives to uncover pain points around language access, compliance mandates (HIPAA, PIPEDA, ISO standards), and multilingual operational bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Pipeline Generation: Identify, prospect, and engage decision-makers across target sectors (Healthcare Systems, Insurance/Claims, Legal, and Enterprise BPO) via cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Lead Qualification & Discovery: Conduct thorough discovery calls to diagnose language support challenges, assess current provider pain points (high wait times, poor QA, platform disconnects), and qualify inbound inquiries.
Solution Consultation: Present Organica’s core service portfolio—including On-Demand OPI/VRI, specialized medical intake, claims BPO, and document translation—tailoring offerings to client operational frameworks.
Proposal & Closing Support: Collaborate with Operations and executive leadership to structure competitive proposals, coordinate service demonstrations, and navigate client onboarding.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, log daily outreach metrics, and forecast revenue stages within our CRM.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, track competitor positioning, and identify emerging RFP/vendor opportunities within the healthcare and BPO landscapes.
Requirements & Qualifications
2+ years of B2B sales experience , preferably in Language Services (LSP), Healthcare IT/Staffing, Contact Center solutions, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
Proven track record of generating qualified outbound pipeline and hitting sales activity quotas.
Strong familiarity with prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or equivalent CRMs).
Confident verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable presenting to director- and executive-level buyers.
Working knowledge of language access services (OPI, VRI, document translation) or healthcare operational compliance (HIPAA/PHI) is a strong plus.
Self-directed and disciplined to operate effectively in a fully remote work environment.
What We Offer
Competitive base pay with an uncapped performance commission structure.
100% remote flexibility with established operational support.
Direct access to company leadership and high visibility within a rapidly scaling organization.
Comprehensive training on Organica's service infrastructure, compliance standards, and sales collateral.
Ready to drive enterprise growth with a people-first language access provider?
