Im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung suchen wir für unseren Kunden einen Business Devolpment Manager (m/w/d).

  • Aufgabe:
  • Aufspüren und Erschließen neuer Marktchancen, inklusive Bewertung aktueller Technikigietrends und Initiierung langfristiger Partnerschaften
  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung von Förderprojekten - von der Identifikation über die Antragstellung bis zum Abschluss - bei nationalen und internationalen Institutionen zur Integration innovativer Technologien
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Entwicklung, Vertrieb, Marketing und Finance zur gemeinsamen Umsetzung der strategischen Unternehmensagenda
  • Beobachtung und Einordnung technologischer Entwicklungen, um den Produktmanagment fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu liefern
  • Gewinnung relevanter Fördermittel und Kooperationspartner basierend auf mittelfristigen Technologien- und Investitionspläne
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen zur Eröffnung neuer Geschäftsfelder
  • Qualifikation:
  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotewchnik, Nachrichtentechnik oder eine vergleichbare qualifikation
  • Sie bringen bereits eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Geschäftsentwicklung, öffentliche Förderprogramme oder Nachrichtentechnik mit
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte
  • Überzeugende Kommunikations- und Verhandlungskompetenz sowie eine ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeit und Routine in der Durchführung von Markt- und Trendanalyse
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
