Als Business Engineer im Team Phoenix bist du die zentrale Verbindung zwischen Anforderungen und Implementierung . Du arbeitest aktiv mit Stakeholdern aus dem Business, analysierst Anforderungen, strukturierst fachliche Bedürfnisse und begleitest deren Umsetzung von der Idee bis zur produktiven Lösung. ​

Mit deinem Verständnis für Prozesse, Daten und Systemzusammenhänge stellst du sicher, dass nachhaltige Lösungen entstehen und der Netzbau der Schweiz gesichert ist . ​

Dabei unterstützt du sowohl den laufenden Betrieb als auch die zukünftige Entwicklung der Systemlandschaft und trägst aktiv zum Wissenstransfer innerhalb des Teams bei. ​ ​

Analyse , Spezifikation und Priorisierung von Business- Anforderungen in der Systemlandschaft des ART's mit Fokus Oracle DB, SAP und Camunda ​

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern , Fachbereichen , Architektur und Entwicklungsteams ​

Gestaltung und Optimierung geschäftskritischer Prozesse und Lösungen ​

Begleitung von Anforderungen von der Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung in einem agilen Umfeld ​

Your skills

Ausbildung (FH/Uni/ETH) in Wirtschaftsinformatik , Informatik oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung ​

Erfahrung im Business Engineering, Requirements Engineering oder Business Analysis ​

Erfahrung in der Analyse komplexer Geschäftsprozesse und im Anforderungsmanagement ​

Verständnis von agilen Methoden (Scrum, SAFe ) sowie Daten - und Systemlandschaften ​

Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes vernetztes Denken ​

Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern ​

Hohe Eigeninitiative , Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Lösungsorientierung ​

Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse ; Französisch von Vorteil ​
