YOUR MAIN MISSION

The role of Business Manager at ALTEN USA includes the following responsibilities:

Business Development:

Implement the sales strategy in the field

Manage the sale of technical service offerings, from prospecting to contract negotiation and signature

Ensure client satisfaction with a focus on retaining existing accounts and building long-term, profitable partnerships

Be accountable for the profitability and growth of your business portfolio

Recruitment and Management:

Identify engineering profiles in collaboration with the dedicated recruitment team

Conduct interviews and ensure the successful onboarding of your new hires

Support consultants in building their career paths within the Group

PROFILE SOUGHT

Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or business

Minimum 3+ years of successful experience in industry, services, or engineering-related fields

An entrepreneurial spirit with the ambition to quickly grow into leadership positions

Natural leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships

Results-oriented with a rigorous and structured approach

A compensation package between $65,000 - $85,000, including an attractive variable component
