• Your role
• As our new Business Manager, you will be responsible for some of our biggest defence and automotive software R&D/Engineering customers in Gothenburg, managing and developing existing and new relationships.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• •Sales responsibility for targeted software R&D/engineering clients
• •Business development and revenue growth
• •Building and maintaining client relations locally
• •Analyze the local market and be continuously updated on the latest trends
• •Optimize local bench and staff our employees on relevant projects
• •Anticipate the end of contracts and resources reallocation
• •Responsible to find the right assignment for the right competence, using portals, email or in direct contact with the customer

Your profile

• •University degree within Business Administration, Engineering or similar
• •Experience from a leading role within sales or/and business development
• •Strong knowledge and network within the defence and automotive Swedish software R&D/engineering environment is required.
• •Fluent in Swedish and English
• •Knowledge in Software Product Development and/or Connected Products and/or AD/ADAS Products and/or Mobility Product domain within Automotive
