Build productive working relationships with faculty, research teams, business partners, and institutional offices.

What Will Help You Be Successful

Clear, confident people leadership and the ability to help experienced staff make sound decisions.

Ability to organize competing priorities and keep complex work moving across multiple stakeholders.

Strong communication, collaboration, and practical problem-solving with partners who may have urgent or highly detailed needs.

Comfort learning the nuances of specialized research programs and adapting to different faculty portfolios.

Financial judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to explain financial information in a useful way.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

3+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting sponsored research, grants, post-award administration, or research finance.

People-management, team-lead, or supervisory experience.
